Brian Cook and Lou made the journey to Sixth Division all the way from Needham, Massachusetts. They were here for a makeover for Get In Shape for Women, a gym where women can participate in group training to help them reach their health and weight goals.  Get In Shape For Women  currently has locations in 17 different states across the country.

Brian and Lou got a ton of stuff knocked out while they were here. When they arrived, they were super dialed in and ready to rock.

Aside from working, Brian’s pastimes include reading, hockey, golf, and boating. His dream is to be the owner of the Boston Bruins when he grows up. I personally think that’s a pretty awesome dream.
