Brad Martineau

Chief Baller

Word. My name is Brad Martineau (as you can see above…). Couple things you should know about me. I’m married with five kids, I love playing basketball, I’m addicted to fitted hats, and I’m pretty into the whole entrepreneur thing.

Back in the day I was the sixth employee at Infusionsoft and I spent over six years leading the product development efforts as a key member of the Infusionsoft leadership team. I had a blast and learned a ton while getting to rub shoulders with many very highly successful entrepreneurs.

I guess my specialty is simplifying the complex and bridging the gap between theory and execution. I love teaching and helping people understand difficult concepts. Nothing drives me nuts more than seeing someone NOT do something because they don’t know how.

I launched SixthDivision to provide Infusionsoft users a better source of coaching, training, and done for you services.

Dave Lee

Co-Founder

Dave Lee is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, and marketing automation pioneer.  He was raised to believe anything is achievable; therefore, his unique ability is to help others overcome uncharted challenges and turn them into magical results.

After running marketing and sales at Infusionsoft from 2005-2010 and helping LeadMD (Marketo services provider) get started in 2011, Dave partnered with Brad to co-found SixthDivision.  He’s been featured on NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox television affiliates speaking on marketing automation and small business success.  When Dave’s not working, he’s either skiing, kitesurfing, wakesurfing or creating amazing experiences and memories with his wife and three boys.

Jake Talbert

Red Leader - Managing Partner

Hey there, I’m Jake. I am the father to three amazing boys who are 12, 8, and less than a year. I somehow have been able to to keep my wife Sara from going crazy for over 15 years now.

I keep myself as busy as possible. I spend time with my family, running Disney Marathons, and traveling.

I am a super nerd and you can expect to see me in a Star Wars shirt every day of the week. I am your one stop if you need information on Star Wars, Star Trek, Marvel, DC, or BIG watches.

I love helping people achieve their dreams. As a former Infusionsoft/Keap employee and user, I want to help you get the most out of your system while making it easier for you to run your business.

Erin Thomas

The Glue

Hello there! I’m Erin. What to know about me? I LOVE meeting new people and learning their story. I’m a mom of four amazing kids and a grandma of three equally amazing grandkids. I love the outdoors — especially hiking and paddleboarding, and recently tried my hand at scuba diving. I’m a foodie at heart and my favorite pastime is enjoying good food with family and friends! I love to bake and cook…and if you’re around me long enough, I just might make you my famous chocolate chip cookies.

Back in the day I graduated from ASU with a degree in design, but I’ve tried my hand at a lot of different jobs all while being CEO for my family. I’ve been a life-long multi-tasker…that’s why my role as “The Glue” here at SixthDivision is the perfect job for me.

So, when you find yourself walking in the door at SixthDivision, I’ll be the first to say hi…and maybe with a chocolate chip cookie in hand!

Hi, I’m Ashlie! Thanks for stopping by to read my bio. I have spent the last decade as an entrepreneur-helper extraordinaire. I truly enjoy the experience of collaborating with business owners and working together to make things more efficient. It is something that gives me purpose. But my life is not all work…

When it comes time for action and adventure – literally – count me in! I am always down for a good adventure! Traveling is my favorite. Every year (at minimum), my husband and I travel abroad, spending time together exploring different cultures around the world. Meanwhile back at home base, you’ll find me cheering on our MVP son who is QB for his 12U tackle football team and 7v7 team.

Lastly, here are some random fun facts about me:
– I am obsessed with tattoos, I love all kinds, so if you have any, I want to see them
– I use way too many !!!!! in my life, so if we ever text or email you have been warned
– If your idea of fun includes being brave enough to rock the Mickey Ears beyond childhood…we should totally be best friends!

Bowling lanes transform into my playground, where precision meets leisure, and antique hunting adds a touch of nostalgia to my pursuits.
