The Code of the Sixers
At SixthDivision, we have six core values. These values govern how everything operates at SixthDivision. We live and breathe these values.
Know where you're going
“In the absence of clearly defined goals, we become strangely loyal to daily trivia, until ultimately we become enslaved by it.”
– Robert Heinlein
Do the work
“On the field of the Self stand a knight and a dragon. You are the knight. Resistance is the dragon. The only interaction possible between the knight and the dragon is battle.”
– Steven Pressfield
Figure it out
“Everything around you that you call life was made up by people who are no smarter than you. And you can change it.”
– Steve Jobs
“Do what you do so well they will want to see it again. And bring their friends.”
– Walt Disney
Improve your awesome
“The important thing is this: to be able, at any moment, to sacrifice who you are for who you can become.”
– Eric Thomas
Be a force of nature
“The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant.”
– Jim Rohn
Meet the faces

Word. My name is Brad Martineau (as you can see above…). Couple things you should know about me. I’m married with five kids, I love playing basketball, I’m addicted to fitted hats, and I’m pretty into the whole entrepreneur thing.
Back in the day I was the sixth employee at Infusionsoft and I spent over six years leading the product development efforts as a key member of the Infusionsoft leadership team. I had a blast and learned a ton while getting to rub shoulders with many very highly successful entrepreneurs.
I guess my specialty is simplifying the complex and bridging the gap between theory and execution. I love teaching and helping people understand difficult concepts. Nothing drives me nuts more than seeing someone NOT do something because they don’t know how.
I launched SixthDivision to provide Infusionsoft users a better source of coaching, training, and done for you services.

Sup Ya’ll! Name is Chris, although my online buddies call me CrippledSquirrel. I’m married to the most amazing gal you could ever meet, and I am blessed beyond belief to get to spend the rest of eternity with that queen. Served a two year mission for my church in Tahiti where I grew to love the Polynesian people and culture. Been in the sales world pretty much my entire short career which has been roughly 7 years. I’m a Gigantic sports fan loving everything to do with Arizona sports (despite our endless failures year after year). Huge movie buff so if I’m ever not answering my phone you can probably stumble to a Harkins near you and find my wife and I catching any and every flick. My claim to fame is I had a rap battle vs. DMX, they call me Strawberry Milkshake on the streets! Sixth Division is where it’s at and I’m stoked to work with you to help your business progress!
Married to my favorite travel companion. I have 2 dogs that I consider my children. Been in the sales realm for 10+ years. Now conquering the business world one day at a time.Read Jake's whole story
What’s up? I’m Jake, I’m married to my smokin’ hot wife who is my rock and keeps me on my toes. We love to travel to anywhere with a beach, and our favorite place so far has been Thailand.
I moved here from Utah (I don’t like the cold) and worked in the mortgage industry. It was rewarding helping people find their dream home, but there’s not a lot of creativity in that field which is why I’m happy to be a part of the wolf pack at SixthDivision.
I enjoy playing guitar, drawing, being a closet nerd, and pushing myself at the gym. Life is all about balance and the daily hustle. Every day I get an opportunity to be a better version of the person I was yesterday.
Married with one daughter. Loves fantasy football. Doesn’t drink water out of a straw. Ever. Can recite all 50 states in alphabetical order.Read Kendall's whole story
Hey there! My name is Kendall. I’m married with five kids…oh wait, that’s Brad. Let me start over. I’m married with one daughter and two furry kiddos.
I graduated from ASU with a BA in Journalism, and a double minor in Business and Communication. I originally started out doing the whole broadcast thing, but quickly realized that wasn’t my cup of tea. It was more like a gross cup of coffee. I’ve been working in marketing and sales since then, and wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m pretty much the queen of fantasy football. I dare you to try to beat me. You will never see me drink water out of a straw. Ever. It tastes way too weird that way. I can also recite all 50 states in alphabetical order. I’ll show you if you’re lucky.
Married with one adorable son. Ran from journalism, ran for public office, and currently running up the score on tired business strategies.Read Taylor's whole story
Hi! I’m Taylor McArthur. Google my name and you’ll find a talented Canadian track and field star. That’s not me (dude blows up my google news alerts though). Scroll down a bit and and you’ll see that I’m an Arizona native, married to a beautiful and talented woman, and father to the cutest little dude you’ve ever seen.
My path to Sixth has been a windy one and made pit stops at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, a couple US Senate and Congressional offices, the AZ Senate campaign trail, and the high-rise construction industry.
I’ve always been concerned with the “Why” behind whatever I do and here at SixthDivision we never forget that we’re here to help entrepreneurs build better businesses so they can enjoy life as they see fit. Pretty cool, right?
Work is fun, but my heart is always at home with Lindsey and Brooks – playing peek-a-boo, strolling through the park, and trying to teach him to say “Dada.”
Married with a son and a daughter. Loves spending time with family, being active, sports and movies. “Can’t” is his least favorite word.Read Alan's whole story
Hey guys, my name is Alan. I’m husband to an amazing wife and father to coolest little dude on the planet. I’m a pretty easygoing guy that loves spending time with family, being active, sports, and movies. I’m not a big fan of being stuck in neutral, gotta keep moving forward. I believe that every day is an opportunity to learn and grow and I want to make the most of it.
I have a BS in IT with a concentration in Business Systems Analysis. I enjoy figuring out how things work, breaking them, and then rebuilding them to work better. Can’t is my least favorite word in the dictionary. I love serving and helping others succeed. I’m excited for the opportunity to help entrepreneurs reach levels of success that until now were unimaginable. Let’s take it to the next level!

Hey there, I’m Jake. I am the father to two amazing boys who are 6 and 2. I somehow have been able to to keep my wife Sara from going crazy for over 10 years now.
I keep myself as busy as possible. I spend time with my family, running Disney Marathons, and traveling. I direct, teach, and perform improv comedy.
I am a super nerd and you can expect to see me in a Star Wars shirt every day of the week. I am your one stop if you need information on Star Wars, Star Trek, Marvel, DC, or BIG watches. I generally sit on 5-10 panels at Phoenix Comicon.
I love helping people achieve their dreams. As a former Infusionsoft employee and user, I want to help you get the most out of your system while making it easier for you to run your business.
Married with a son and daughter. Played college football, and now coaches high school football. Refers to himself as the bearded, jean-wearing fairy godmother.Read Jordan's whole story
Hey! I’m Jordan and I’m excited to meet you. I graduated from a small school, from the tundra that is Northern Minnesota with a degree in Marketing Communication. While getting my degree I played collegiate football, learned how to say “aboot”, and found an odd desire to start watching hockey.
I’m a normal American that starts my day by waking up and trying to get my Tasmanian devil of a son, Thane, ready for the day, kiss my beautiful wife, Taylor, goodbye, and head to work to make dreams come true. Yes, you can think of me as a bearded, jean-wearing fairy godmother if you would like. But all seriousness aside, I love coming to work and helping business make their dreams come true. But the best part of my day is spending time with my wife and son, and teaching him all the things my wife doesn’t want him to learn.

Hey, I’m Justin and most people call me either JMac or Coach Mac. I help leaders build and organize high-performing teams.
I’m a Harvard MBA dropout, successful entrepreneur, former college and high school football coach, and husband to my highschool sweetheart and dad to three boys.
My native genius is pattern-recognition in successful people, systems, and processes as well as my ability to harness the complex and communicate it simply.
I most recently was the VP of Marketing at African Leadership University which Fast Company named the #3 most innovative company in Africa, CNN calls the “Harvard of Africa” and Infusionsoft named a 2017 ICON Businesses Finalist. I helped it grow from 6 to 7 to 8 figures in 14 months.
Before that, I lead an elite squad of specialists at Infusionsoft developing a methodology for small business success, and I personally live entrepreneurship in my two American football training companies.
I love systems, but success is always about people.
Former Infusionsoft Software Expert and trainer. Married. Two kids. Two poodles. Plays guitar and loves traditional shaving products (no beard). Loves punk and 90’s music. Thinks he’s funny.Read Mike's whole story
Mike here! You’ll find out very quickly that I have two daughters and two poodles because I talk about them a lot. Seriously, I’ll show you pictures. I’m also married to a crazy-talented interior designing wife who’s stuck with me for over 13 years. She’s my favorite adventure partner (and there have been A LOT of adventures). I grew up going to a lot of punk shows at The Nile and listening to local acts. Music plays a big part in my life. I’ve played guitar for 20 years, and build a lot of my own effects pedals.
I spent 4.5 years at Infusionsoft doing everything from tech support, to travelling the globe training customers, to super custom projects requiring a lot of integrations. I had an amazing time and gained my love for small businesses there, and now continue that passion at SixthDivision. My educational background spans many things: from marketing to graphic and web design.
I like solving problems because it means there’s room to improve and expand.
Did a little of everything while working for Infusionsoft for 6 years. Married, with his first little man on the way. Connoisseur of tech, software, and all things Apple. Lover of nature and epic vacations with his wife.Read Scott's whole story
Yo! I’m Scott Richins, lover of all things tech (primarily Apple products) and all things work. No seriously, I’m the classic definition of a work-a-holic. I’m a recovering “high-fiver”, which creates some awkward moments in
this new “fist bump” culture.
Back in my college days, I was a sleep-deprived kid studying Mechanical Engineering and surviving on Taco Bell and Pop-tarts. My buddies and I had an ongoing joke when assignments got ridiculous – “Shoulda gone business!” We said it all too often. I pressed on into grad school, until about 10 min into my first class when finally I said “Nope! Gonna go business.” It’s been a crazy ride ever since and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Working with entrepreneurs and helping them find their success is where it’s at for me. My gift lies in designing systems, processes, and training; I get energized when I have new problems to solve, new content to learn, and new people to help.
When I’m not working I’m spending time with my wife. She’s gorgeous, smart, and brings the party to my by-the-book ways. I’m pretty much the luckiest man ever.
Mom of four. Loves baking, cooking, reading and hiking (but not all at once). Her nickname is the “cookie queen” thanks to her famous chocolate chip cookies.Read Erin's whole story
Hello everyone! I’m Erin. A few things to know about me….I love life! I LOVE meeting people and learning their story. I’m a mom of four amazing kids and a grandma of one equally amazing little boy. I love the outdoors — especially hiking and paddleboarding. My favorite pastime is eating good food with family and friends! I love to bake and cook…and if you’re around me long enough, I just might make you my famous chocolate chip cookies!
Back in the day I graduated from ASU with a degree in design, but I’ve tried my hand at a lot of different jobs all while being CEO for my family. I’ve been a life-long multi-tasker and that’s when I do my best…that’s why my role as “The Glue” here at SixthDivision is the perfect job for me.
So, when you find yourself walking in the door at SixthDivision, I’ll be the first to say hi…and maybe with a chocolate chip cookie in hand!
Originally from Utah. Loves to exercise, read, and bake. Big sports fan. Peanut M&Ms are her vice.Read Melissa's whole story
Hi there, I’m Melissa. Originally from Utah, I am a graduate of Purdue University, GO Big Ten! I came to Arizona to get away from the snow and cold weather, like most people that live in this state. Prior to SixthDivision I worked in a few different industries including Aviation, Sales, Property Management, and did Adoptions for kids in Foster Care.
I love to do yoga, the pilates reformer, lift, hike, read, bake, cook, clean and organize, try new restaurants and spend time with my friends and family. I am a big sports fan, football being my absolute fav. Fall is the BEST time of year…. bring on the comfys, hot drinks, chili, friends, and football for the perfect weekend in this girl’s book.
I look through magazines from back to front, prefer odd numbers, peanut m&m’s are my vice, unless of course there are cookies or donuts in front of my face and I will happily be content with those too. I think retail therapy should be covered by insurance, yoga clothes ARE an acceptable outfit for any time of day or event, and ice cream is a food group that constitutes a meal. :o)
