WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT
We help entrepreneurs build successful businesses so they can enjoy life as they see fit.
MEET THE TEAM
My name is Brad Martineau (as you can see above…). Couple things you should know about me. I’m married with 5 kids, I love playing basketball, I’m addicted to fitted hats, and I’m pretty into the whole entrepreneur thing.
Back in the day I was the 6th employee at Infusionsoft and I spent 6+ years leading the product development efforts as a key member of the Infusionsoft leadership team. I had a blast and learned a ton while getting to rub shoulders with many very highly successful entrepreneurs.
I guess my specialty is simplifying the complex and bridging the gap between theory and execution. I love teaching and helping people understand difficult concepts. Nothing drives me nuts more than seeing someone NOT do something because they don’t know how.
I launched Sixth Division to provide Infusionsoft users a better source of coaching, training, and done for you services.
Hola – I’m Dave and I don’t wear hats… ever. But I do wear a helmet when I’m big mountain skiing if that counts for anything. All other waking moments are spent with the fam… my beautiful wife and three boys (12,9,2).
After helping several businesses grow quickly and successfully during my career, I finally decided in 2010 to go into business for myself. Then, in late 2011, I decided to magnify and accelerate things by joining forces with Brad to create Sixth Division.
I’m an entrepreneur, marketer, optimist, and sales junkie. Once I call my shot, I make it happen. I built Infusionsoft’s marketing and sales teams and drove the business from $600k to over $17 million in recurring revenue. Most recently, I grew LeadMD from $400k to over $3 million within 18 months. For me, it’s all about implementation, execution, getting it done… and having FUN!
Hey there! My name is Kendall. I’m married with five kids…oh wait, that’s Brad. Let me start over. I’m married with no kids (yet). Unless pets count. In that case, I have two really hairy kids named Bart and Leya.
I graduated from ASU (Go Devils!) with a BA in Journalism, and a double minor in Business and Communication. I originally started out doing the whole broadcast thing, but quickly realized that wasn’t my cup of tea. It was more like a gross cup of coffee. I’ve been working in marketing and sales since then, and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Unlike Bret, I suck at using chopsticks. But I rock at using forks. That should count for something, right? You will never see me drink water out of a straw. Ever. It tastes way too weird that way. I can also recite all 50 states in alphabetical order. I’ll show you if you’re lucky.
My name is Chase. I’m Faithdiamond’s happy husband (yes, that’s my wife’s real name). We have a dog named Axel, and a goldfish named Gideon. I have been working/selling in or around Infusionsoft for just over 2½ years, and I have loved the journey! I’m passionate about small businesses, helping them grow, and watching them succeed! One day I’ll put this knowledge and passion into a business of my own.
I have followed Clint to two different jobs now, and I’m suffering from a severe case of beard-envy. The picture just doesn’t do that thing justice! Like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg, I’m a college dropout who is getting his PhD in the streets!
Outside of work, I’m an assistant wrestling coach at a local high school, and I absolutely love it! I enjoy traveling, outdoors, shooting, working out, and relaxing with my small family.
What’s up?! I’m Jeff – most of my time these days is spent raising 5 kids with my beautiful wife Ginette. I say “with”, however between work and running the kids to and from various soccer venues, we pretty much just throw each other high-fives on those rare occasions our paths cross.
I love being a dad! I also enjoy reading, cooking, and just relaxing with the family.
After graduating college, I spent 5 years with Sandvik Special Metals, a large-scale manufacturing plant, making titanium and zirconium tubing. This was a valuable experience for a SoCal boy thinking he was pretty smart. If you have never had the privilege of directing union employees…add that to your bucket list!
I quickly realized I needed much more; I needed more rewarding work…more $$$. Time to chase the coveted dollar – Hello mortgage business!
I come to SixthDivision after spending 13 years in the mortgage biz, many of which were spent strategizing within Infusionsoft. I began with cold-calling and eventually worked my way up as part-owner of a large mortgage office.
Now, if you haven’t cold-called as a commissioned-only employee in a completely new role and industry while retaining the responsibility to feed and house your family…well, add that to your bucket list too!
I have now realized money is a means and not an end: Time for more rewarding work…more meaningful work! I am excited about this opportunity to spend time with entrepreneurs and to help them achieve more. Lets get to work!
Hey guys, my name is Alan. I’m husband to an amazing wife and father to coolest little dude on the planet. I’m a pretty easygoing guy that loves spending time with family, being active, sports, and movies. I’m not a big fan of being stuck in neutral, gotta keep moving forward. I believe that every day is an opportunity to learn and grow and I want to make the most of it.
I have a BS in IT with a concentration in Business Systems Analysis. I enjoy figuring out how things work, breaking them, and then rebuilding them to work better. Can’t is my least favorite word in the dictionary. I love serving and helping others succeed. I’m excited for the opportunity to help entrepreneurs reach levels of success that until now were unimaginable. Let’s take it to the next level!
Hey what’s up? I’m Bret. I’m living proof that it’s possible to simultaneously be a die hard rock, jazz, blues, country, pop, AND rap fan.
I graduated from BYU with a BA in Russian, I worked for 3 years in the mental health field, and I’m currently an executive director of a non-profit (couragetohope.org). As if that wasn’t jumbled enough, I also directed the BYU Russian Choir for a semester.
I prefer to eat with chopsticks as often as humanly possible (I still haven’t figured out how to eat soup with chopsticks, but I have mastered noodles), and I absolutely love writing really long, boring essays that nobody will ever read. Oh, and I’ve also been working at/with/around Infusionsoft for over 6 years.
My wife, Naomi, is pursuing a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, and she is every bit as gorgeous as she is intelligent. We have a beautiful Australian Shepherd named Mia, and we drive a Hyundai Sonata.
Howdy, I’m Clint, father of two girls, husband to a wife who doesn’t know the meaning of no, and I like keeping life as simple as possible, right down to my clothing, tee shirt and jeans, all day, everyday. Lets take something complicated and make it usable!
I love working with clients to translate their dreams on to the canvas of the worlds best sales and marketing software built specifically for small business. After two years working at Infusionsoft I made the jump to Sixth Division because come on, who wouldn’t want to work with this line up? I have an MBA with an emphasis in global management, so if in addition to your marketing needs, if you happen to have a globe or two hanging around and need them managed, I’m your man.
When I’m not at work I spend time preparing to scare boys my girls will some day want to date. I run, mountain bike, travel, all that outdoorsy kind of stuff you would expect from a man with a beard.
“How’s it going? I’m Corey. I am a marketing expert, music lover, and giant nerd.
I’ve spent the better part of my career working with companies like Zappos, Michael Gerber, Glazer Kennedy and others to help them better implement marketing automation. Now I get to pass that experience along to our Sixth Division customers to help them grow their businesses.
When I’m not working, I am spending time with my amazing wife, my family, and my friends. There is also a good chance that I am playing video games, cosplaying as Tony Stark, or playing basketball or golf. Yes I have been to a Star Wars convention and I am personal friends with Boba Fett. Troublesome clients usually end up frozen in carbonate.”
I am a (mostly) self-taught web developer and have been in and around the internet since I was 10. I have a passion for technology and leveraging it to serve people. Web technology is especially exciting because it is always evolving, enabling more and better opportunities to make a difference.
I have a degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University, and have been working with Infusionsoft since 2009.
I love to experiment and tinker. I spend much of my day testing new libraries and services, seeing how others solve complex problems. I am most happy when I’m able to put to practice new ideas or improve on something I did in the past. I also enjoy gaming, reading and eating.
Hello everyone! I’m Erin. A few things to know about me….I love life! I LOVE meeting people and learning their story. I’m a mom of four AMAZING kids. My favorite pastime is eating good food with family and friends! I love to bake and cook. In fact, my nickname is the “cookie queen”….and if you’re around me long enough, I just might make you my famous chocolate chip cookies! I also love to read and hike, but not at the same time!
I graduated from ASU with a BS in Design, but have tried my hand at a lot of different things from tax prep work to playground equipment sales all while being CEO for my family. I’ve been a life-long multi-tasker and that’s when I do my best. That’s why my job as the “glue” here at Sixth Division is the perfect job for me.
So, when you find yourself walking in the door at SixthDivision, I’ll be the first to say hi…and maybe with a chocolate chip cookie in hand!
